ABOUT ICDL FOUNDATION

ICDL Foundation is the certifying authority of the ICDL, and is responsibile for the development and updating of the ICDL programme.

ICDL Foundation is a not-for-profit organization. It works with communities, local and regional authorities, national governments, international bodies such as the United Nations, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the delivery of its certification programs around the world.
